Our pay scale is set to start above minimum wage and based on position, education, and years experience. We value education and the wisdom that comes with experience.
Paid Time Off
You get your birthday off from day one! Because everyone deserves a break on their birthday. :) We value longevity and commitment. After 6 months with us, you will start getting paid for holidays that we are closed on. After a year, you'll be earning paid time off for vacation, sick days, or for personal days.
