We have found the formula for exceptional childcare is exceptional teachers caring for a small number of children at a time. Even the best teacher with excellent classroom management can be limited by having too many children to care for at one time. We mitigate this by providing extra support (and hands!) where and when it is needed most and also by keeping our class sizes small.. We want our well-equipped teachers to give your child the absolute BEST care and early education experience possible. Here are our current ratios and class sizes ( Current as of Feb 2020):
Babies 1:4 Class size: 10
Waddlers 1:6 Class size: 14
Toddlers 1:5 Class size: 10
Pre-K 1:8 Class size: 15
Consider an accompanied introduction day: Before the first day, you are welcome to come with your child and spend some time in the classroom or on the playground together. You may participate in class activities and help your child get acquainted with the environment in the safety of your company or you can simply observe. Arrangements can even be made to do this on a weekend.
Its easy! Lets get to know each other and then fill out some paperwork. :)
1. Call or email us to set up a tour! We'll show you around and answer all your questions.
2. Fill out the enrollment form and provide your registration fee.
3. Before your first day, we will need:
- a copy of your child's immunization records or exemption form.
- your first months tuition

Our wonderful teachers have varying levels of education. Many have Associates or Bachelors degrees and even Masters in Early Childhood or a related field. Some have a Child Development Associates. All receive ongoing training in play based learning, respectful care (RIE), and Developmentally Appropriate Practice. All have experience caring for young children and have impressed our leadership team with their ability to connect with and gently guide young learners. To find out more about your child's teachers, please reach out to them or someone in the office. We are always happy to share about why we picked our wonderful teachers.
