Summer is coming!

An outdoor themed summer program at Parkside Playschool and nearby Gulley Park!

Program Details

For children entering 1st- 5th Grade

Summer program hours are 8am to 3pm

Drop off is 7:45-8am. Pick up by 3:15.

Aftercare from 3:15-5:30pm available for additional fee.

Choose which week(s) to attend based on your child's individual interests and your family's summer schedule! Each session will have a unique nature theme to inspire a sense of wonder, adventure and imagination.

Students can expect a day that is full of exploration, games, and songs balanced with art, stories, and snack with the added bonus of water splashing and creek time at the nearby Niokaska Creek at Gulley Park! 

Your child should arrive at camp dressed in their water clothes such as a swimsuit, water shoes, etc. and have their first application of sunscreen and/or bug spray already applied. Please provide a water bottle, sacked lunch, necessary sun protection, bug spray, towel, and a change of clothes, all in a backpack each day.

Week 6 (July 1-3): The 5 Senses & Beyond

Week 7 (July 8-12): Trees In Our Environment

Week 8 (July 15-19): Ecosystems: Ponds

Week 9 (July 22-26): Farm Life

Week 10 (July 29-Aug 2): Creek Week

Week 11 (August 5-9): Gardening: (Harvesting)

Week 12 (August 12-14): Nature Art

Tuition

$225/week 

(with exception of week 1 at $180, week 6 at $135 & week 12 at $135)

3:15-5:30pm extended care $40/week.

Late fees apply after 5:30 pm paid in cash to the teacher who waits with your child.

Registration fee: $40  (due at time of registration)

All billing transactions will be made through Brightwheel.  After you register and complete the enrollment form, you will receive an invitation to Brightwheel.  May & June camps must be paid in full by May 17th.  July and August camps must be paid in full by June 21st.  We offer a full summer discount of 10% when you sign up for every week.

If your week is not paid in advance, your spot will not be held.  Thank you for understanding!
